UK Shipping

The cost of delivery is dependant on the total size of the items ordered. As a guideline, UK shipments are charged at:

£10.50 – £20 (ex. VAT) per box

Please note that these prices are given as a guideline only and are exclusive of VAT

We will clearly inform you of the total cost of delivery at the time of placing your order with us.

How many boxes will my order require?

Our Large Box size that we use for the majority of our parts is approximately 125cm x 21cm x 52cm.

Generally speaking, a complete Trim Kit (Panels, Seat Covers, Carpets, Boot / Trunk etc) will fit in 1 to 2 of our Large boxes, depending on the model of car and associated parts for that car. Some of the “Optional Extra” parts such as Seat Padding Foams and other related Hardware parts may require additional boxes.

Some items exceed the size of our Large Box. We will inform you where this is the case and will send through an independent quotation for a shipment of this size.

This is our largest box size that we use for the majority of our shipments. A complete Trim Kit will fit in 1 – 2 of these boxes.

How will you pack the box?

We will always get the best value out of our boxes by packing the items in the most economical way. We will advise you where it would be reasonable to purchase additional items in order to make best use of the shipping box, as shown.

Shipping is charged PER BOX . Therefore, whether the box contains a single item or is full with multiple items, the shipping charge is the same in both instances.

When do you deliver?

We send out our shipments from our workshop Monday – Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays and do not offer weekend delivery on any of our items.

Our UK shipments are sent through DPD or DX Freight on a 24 hour delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of a damaged parcel.

We strongly recommend you take photographs of any damage for your records.

Europe and European Union Shipping

For all Europe and European Union parcels, shipping is calculated according to volumetric weight (this refers to the volumetric size of the box, not the box weight). We will always make the box size as small as possible to get the best price for shipping. We will also advise how to maximise space in the shipment to make best use of any empty capacity.

For European based shipments, we use the international shipping broker Kuehne+Nagel to source the most competitive shipping rates for us across UPS, FedEx, DHL & TNT.

Please note that these prices are given as a guideline only
